Responsibilities

• Support plant debottlenecking and revamp projects.
• Conduct job training for local engineers.
• Support implementation of new technologies.
• Review and improve existing processes and standards.
• Assist in RCAs and investigations, enhancing OQ RCA facilitation.
• Participate in Risk Assessment/HAZOP studies for modifications.
• Conduct classroom knowledge sharing sessions for local engineers.
• Improve MOCs review processes, provide accurate cost estimations, and prepare engineering packages.
