Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for Offplot projects (Oil, Water Disposal & Gas Well Hook-Ups, Flowlines, Trunk Lines, MSV Construction, OHL, Wellpads & Access Roads, etc).
• Review cost estimates for major and minor projects.
• Create cost estimates to assist development of business plan.
• Review rates and activities before issuing cost estimates/work releases based on contract compensation.
• Verify quantities of work releases based on available drawings.
• Assist contract engineers in preparing compensation for new contracts.

Key Accountability:

• Prepare cost estimates for Offplot projects (Oil, Water Disposal & Gas Well Hook-Ups, Flowlines, Trunk Lines, MSV Construction, OHL, Wellpads & Access Roads.etc) reflecting the risk parameters based on benchmarks, quotations and estimating tools with different classes.
• Reviewing cost estimates for major and minor projects.
• Creating cost estimate to assist development of business plan.
• Review of rates and activities before issuing cost estimates/work releases based on contract compensation.
• Verifying quantities of work releases based on available drawings.
• Assisting contract engineers in preparing compensation for new contract.
