Qualifications

• Masters degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, ideally corporate.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP9) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost savings; provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage payroll processes ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and compliance with tax regulations.
