Job summary

Talent Arabia is seeking a Senior Cleaning Supervisor in Oman to manage cleaning operations and supervise frontline staff. The role requires a valid GCC driving license and strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and HSE standards.

You will oversee team performance, conduct training, and ensure quality inspections and inventory control. A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3–5 years in cleaning services or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cleaning Services, Housekeeping, or Facility Management.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and HSE standards.
