Deloitte Oman seeks a Senior Manager in Audit & Assurance to lead complex engagements, set strategic audit priorities, and communicate with stakeholders. You will guide risk assessments, oversee planning, supervise component auditors, and uphold global audit quality while applying IFRS and professional skepticism.

This role requires broad experience in public accounting, international standards, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality findings to clients and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• MBA or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Auditing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in public accounting and audit management.
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS and applicable auditing standards with evidence of compliant financial statements.
• Ability to develop knowledge of others and leverage Deloitte's tools and methodology.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Arabic/English preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify strategic audit and risk priorities and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure risk assessment procedures are incorporated into audit plans and results.
• Contribute to risk/ materiality discussions for audit reports and ensure scope covers relevant areas.
• Lead planning meetings, manage specialists, and supervise component auditors.
• Drive robust revenue testing with a strong understanding of policies and controls.
