Job summary

Esbaar is seeking an AI/vision engineer to develop state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms and deploy them on edge hardware in production environments. You will integrate with hardware edge processors, translate models into robust Python code, and lead best-practice data handling, preprocessing, and model training.

You will collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to maintain an AI project roadmap, participate in code reviews, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Remote Sensing, Survey, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning/vision.
• Experience deploying production-grade ML/vision systems on edge for real-time apps.
• Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
• Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency with OpenCV and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud DevOps tools (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of data privacy and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel state-of-the-art vision algorithms and systems using deep learning.
• Prototype advanced computer vision tech and integrate with edge hardware.
• Translate algorithms into production-grade code with robust testing.
• Lead code reviews and provide guidance to teammates for quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with PMs to align R&D plans and roadmaps for AI projects.
• Deploy and maintain AI systems in production across teams and teams.
• Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
