Role Overview

The IT End User Services – Technical Services department is seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage, support, and optimize large-scale SCCM environments. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with enterprise-level deployments and global user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007, 2012, and Current Branch
• Manage large SCCM environments supporting up to 200,000 clients and 20,000 servers
• Install and configure CAS, Primary, and Secondary Sites
• Manage collections, packages, programs, and advertisements
• Troubleshoot distribution point issues related to package deployments
• Troubleshoot client-side issues when software installations fail
• Perform monthly patching for enterprise servers (20,000+ servers)
• Execute SCCM migrations:
  • SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012
  • SCCM 2012 to Current Branch
• Manage System Center Endpoint Protection and Windows Defender
• Perform OS migrations from Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 to Windows 10
• Handle Incident, Request, and Change Management activities
• Support and integrate SCCM with:
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • VMware
  • Citrix
  • SCOM
• Manage and support Microsoft Intune
• Provide technical support to customers across global location
