Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
3–5 years of experience in OS patch management, vulnerability assessment, and enterprise system maintenance
Monthly Salary Package
12,000 – 15,000 SAR
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands‑on experience inWindows Server and RHEL patch management
- Knowledge ofenterprise application patching (Microsoft, third‑party apps, databases)
- Experience with automatedpatch management solutions and patch lifecycle processes
- Strong understanding of patch interdependencies, sequencing, and deployment strategies
- Familiarity withChange Control and ITIL‑based change management processes
- Ability to evaluate, investigate, and approve patches before deployment
- Proficient in preparing patch reports, including installed, missing, supported, and latest patches
- Strong knowledge ofvulnerability assessment and mitigation techniques
- Experience collaborating with IT Systems Operations teams for controlled patch releases
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Manage acomplete automated patch management solution from detection to deployment
- Review, evaluate, and investigate all published patches (Microsoft, RHEL, Apps) before applying
- Deploy patches across enterprise environments following controlled, sequenced, and automated processes
- Handle patch interdependencies and sequencing to prevent conflicts
- Maintain and sharepatch reports detailing installed, missing, supported, and latest patches
- Collaborate with IT Systems Operations teams to ensure full lifecycle management of patches
- Identify and report system vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with security policies
- Provide updates on patch deployment status and ensure timely completion of patching tasks
