Job summary

Dubizzle Oman is seeking a motivated Sales Support Intern to assist the Sales team with day-to-day operations, client management, reporting, and business development activities. You will work closely with colleagues to support proposals, presentations, and CRM data entry.

This internship offers learning and development opportunities, exposure to regional markets, and a chance to develop negotiation and communication skills in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
• Knowledge of sales or marketing principles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Interest in digital platforms, real estate, or automotive sectors.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to the sales department in developing formal proposals, corporate presentations, and strategic sales collateral.
• Coordinate client engagement schedules, including high-level meetings, follow-ups, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure the integrity of the CRM system through data administration.
• Monitor and analyse the sales pipeline and reporting for executive reviews.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to implement sales strategies.
• Assist in client onboarding and documentation processes.
• Attend client consultations to record proceedings and refine commercial know-how.
