Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Civil Sales Officer to lead our efforts in
supplying skilled and unskilled manpower to civil and construction companies. The
ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the construction sector and a
strong understanding of manpower requirements in the civil industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with construction and civil
engineering companies.
• Promote and sell manpower supply services including skilled laborers,
customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR
managers, project managers, procurement teams).

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the construction

• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and quality
