As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area. Your role involves executing sales action plans, including:

  • Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging all levels of managerial and departmental accounts to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
  • Implementing and exceeding sales objectives and action plans.
  • Establishing parameters, providing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business.
  • Providing feedback on market conditions and competition trends through direct sales, calls, and mail.
  • Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in account management system updates.
  • Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing up-selling opportunities.
