Al Hashar & Co. LLC is seeking a results-oriented vehicle sales professional to guide customers through the complete sales process for Peugeot models. You will drive lead generation, present product features, and close sales while nurturing long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driving license. This role requires a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Admin, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Peugeot sales targets and develop personal strategies.
• Provide outstanding customer experience from inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
• Generate and convert leads through showroom, referrals and digital inquiries.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Peugeot models and promotions for presentations.
• Collaborate with showroom, finance and aftersales to close deals.
