The Company

A well-established FMCG distribution business based in Muscat, Oman. The company works with leading food and non-food consumer brands, delivering strong in-market execution and customer service. It offers a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a focus on teamwork and performance.

The Role

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our field team in Oman. You will be responsible for growing sales, improving product visibility, and building strong customer relationships.

  • Achieve monthly sales volume and value targets
  • Ensure full distribution and visibility of product range
  • Prepare customer orders and manage stock levels
  • Track expiry dates and follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out)
  • Secure shelf space and secondary displays
  • Support new product launches
  • Collect payments and manage credit control
  • Work closely with merchandisers and train them when needed
  • Follow a structured journey plan for customer visits
  • Report daily on activities, targets, and challenges
  • Monitor and ensure proper use of company equipment (coolers, stands, etc.)

The Candidate

  • 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (food or non-food)
  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • A valid GCC driving license
  • Good presentation and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint
