Job Description
  1. Responsible for bookings, generating proposals, contracts, issuing confirmations, and follow-up processes with all assigned MICE customers.
  2. Ensure all lead requests are handled according to policy and within the specified timeframe.
  3. Actively follow up on sent offers based on guest requirements.
  4. Prepare offer letters according to guest needs, ensuring company standards are met.
  5. Personalize and execute events for Meeting planners.
  6. Maintain timely and responsive communication with all accounts and prospects.
  7. Assess group business to maximize contribution from public spaces, generate room revenues, and meet Meetings and Events budgets.
  8. Qualify all leads before sending out offer letters, including venue assignment and rate approval, especially in setup areas, seeking necessary approvals.
  9. Manage and update Sales and Catering PMS in accordance with company policies and standards.
  10. Refer unconfirmed bookings to sister properties when applicable.
  11. Supervise and communicate with Meetings and Events Operations during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
  12. Seek feedback on rates, availability, and offer letters from department heads.
  13. Be fully aware of hotel equipment available.
  14. Provide functional assistance and direction to the Meetings and Events Operations team.
  15. Comply with hotel credit policies by obtaining pre-payment or approved credit letters for all events.
  16. Prepare Event Orders according to departmental standards and ensure proper distribution.
  17. Inspect all function areas before events to ensure setup aligns with customer specifications.
