Job Description
  1. Responsible for bookings, generating proposals, contracts, issuing confirmations, and follow-up processes with all assigned MICE customers.
  2. Ensure all lead requests are handled according to policy and within the designated timeframe.
  3. Actively follow up on sent offers based on guest requirements.
  4. Prepare offer letters tailored to guest needs, ensuring company standards are met.
  5. Personalize and execute events for Meeting planners.
  6. Maintain timely and responsive communication with all accounts and prospects.
  7. Assess group business to maximize contribution from available public spaces, generating room revenues while achieving Meetings and Events budgets.
  8. Yield all leads before sending out the offer letter, including venue assignment and rates, seeking necessary approvals.
  9. Manage and update Sales and Catering PMS in accordance with company policies and standards.
  10. Refer bookings that cannot be confirmed to sister properties.
  11. Supervise and communicate with Meetings and Events Operations during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
  12. Seek feedback on rates, availability, and offer letters from department heads.
  13. Be fully aware of available hotel equipment.
  14. Provide functional assistance and guidance to the Meetings and Events Operations team.
  15. Comply fully with hotel credit policies, obtaining pre-payments or approved credit letters for all events.
  16. Prepare Event Orders per departmental standards and ensure proper distribution.
  17. Inspect all function areas before events to ensure setup aligns with customer specifications.
