Job Description
  1. Develop and manage key accounts.
  2. Engage in active sales activities by interacting with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  3. Analyze RFQs, technical specifications, and contract documents; prepare bid compliance documents, select equipment, perform load calculations, and develop techno-commercial proposals.
  4. Review and scrutinize contracts, tenders, enquiries, and offers.
  5. Negotiate and finalize orders.
  6. Provide application and installation advice to customers and coordinate with the service team for after-sales support.
  7. Ensure timely collection of payments.
  8. Work towards achieving targets related to order booking, client retention, customer satisfaction, and expanding the client portfolio as per management directives.
  9. Coordinate with overseas principals.
  10. Consistently meet sales targets.
  11. Prepare reports and MIS, and implement management guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Graduate Mechanical Engineers with over 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project sales across segments such as industrial, commercial, hotels, hospitals, malls, etc.
  2. Technical knowledge of HVAC systems (CHW, DX, VRF, packaged ACs, low-side works, HVAC controls) and their applications.
  3. Ability to manage all aspects of sales, including customer and principal relations.
