Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Junior Logistics Assistant based in Riyadh to support local hardware dispatch operations. You will process shipment requests, print labels, and assemble packages for delivery while tracking timelines and communicating with the client’s logistics lead.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision. Some logistics experience is a plus, and basic tech skills are required to use online systems and forms.

Qualifications

• Based in Riyadh and legally allowed to work.
• Logistics/shipping experience is a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Basic tech skills: using online systems, printing labels, filling forms.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipment requests from the client team and place orders in the system for warehouse dispatch (Dubai, possibly Riyadh).
• Prepare shipments: print labels, purchase packing materials, assemble packages.
• Track deliveries and ensure they stay on schedule.
• Confirm receipt of shipments with local partners and ensure on-time, undamaged delivery.
• Coordinate with the client’s logistics lead for questions or issues.
