Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations comply with HSE standards and regulations.
• Lead rig personnel, assign tasks, and supervise activities.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of rig staff.
• Develop operational plans aligned with management directions.
• Oversee drilling operations to meet performance and safety targets.
• Implement updates to operating standards to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with the team through instructions.
• Investigate incidents and prepare documentation.
• Manage the erection, dismantling, and mobilization of drilling rigs.
• Coordinate delivery of drilling tools and necessary materials.
• Conduct rig inspections and prepare condition reports.
• Monitor equipment and condition for preventive maintenance.
• Evaluate wellbore conditions and communicate outcomes.
• Serve as the main contact with operating personnel and client representatives.
