• Bachelor's degree in Business/Retail Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own sales, revenue, profitability, and KPIs across stores.
• Lead Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Ensure SOPs, VM, and customer service standards.
• Drive optical excellence and customer experience quality.
• Manage manpower, rosters, productivity, attrition, and performance.
• Control inventory, shrinkage, stock levels, and costs.
• Monitor customer KPIs, complaints, and service quality.
• Support new store openings, expansion, location development.
• Ensure KSA regulatory, Saudization, and licensing compliance.
• Use retail data to identify gaps and drive actions.

About the role

Lead multi-store retail operations across KSA, driving sales, profitability, customer experience, operational excellence, and team productivity, while ensuring compliance with KSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own sales, revenue, profitability, and key retail KPIs across stores.
• Lead and develop Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Ensure consistent store operations, SOPs, VM, and customer service standards.
• Drive optical excellence, including eye-testing quality and customer experience.
• Manage manpower, rosters, productivity, attrition, and performance.
• Control inventory, shrinkage, stock availability, and operational costs.
• Monitor customer KPIs, complaints, and service quality.
• Support new store openings, expansion, and location development.
• Ensure KSA regulatory, Saudization, and licensing compliance.
• Use retail data and analytics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Ideal Profile:
