We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our pizza outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, and staff performance to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency with brand standards.
- Manage and train service and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and high morale.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per local regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in preparing daily sales reports, shift schedules, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to cash handling and POS procedures.
- Promote upselling and excellent customer service among staff.
- Enforce compliance with all company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) or pizza chain.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
