Join us as a Responsable de Production Packaging (en shifts) at Jupille. You will demonstrate initiative from day one, share ideas, and advance your career faster than expected. Your mission will be to manage the daily and weekly activities of the packaging department teams at Jupille, ensuring KPIs and departmental goals related to safety, service, product quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with best practices are met.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of operators and multi-operators: workforce planning, training needs identification, coaching, performance evaluation, setting positive challenges, recognizing good initiatives, and celebrating successes.
  • Encourage team autonomy and achievement of departmental KPIs to meet high-performance standards.
  • Actively seek feedback, monitor progress, analyze causes with Maintenance, and implement process improvements.
  • Organize and oversee daily packaging operations, process line controls (start-up, shutdown, production, transformation), using routine checks and checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards, quality standards, and HACCP norms.
  • Apply our VPO excellence program and related procedures.

Profile:

  • Technical education (Engineer or Bachelor), equivalent experience appreciated.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of operational activities in industrial packaging.
  • Leadership skills with emphasis on communication and coaching.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Windows applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Charismatic and dynamic person capable of motivating the team.
  • Work schedule: weekdays 3 shifts (06/14 - 14/22 - 22/06), weekends 2 shifts (06/18 - 18/06).
  • Good command of French and English; Dutch is a plus.
