Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Podcast Video Editor for a remote, project-based engagement focused on premium YouTube-style podcasts. The editor will transform multi-camera recordings into 60–90 minute episodes and craft social-ready clips from strong moments.

Requirements include a portfolio of podcast edits, experience with Premiere Pro, and the ability to work within an established workflow. Compensation is hourly, with potential for ongoing work as the podcast grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing long-form podcast content.
• Portfolio with direct, accessible links to podcast edits.
• Updated CV or resume.
• Cover letter describing tools, process, and approach.
• Links to 2-3 long-form podcast episodes you edited.
• Ability to provide hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Sync multi-camera footage into 60–90 minute episodes.
• Edit dialogue with clean cuts and natural pacing.
• Balance dialogue audio for clear, consistent sound.
• Remove dead air while preserving flow.
• Identify 4–6 strong moments for social clips.
• Create rough timelines for vertical cuts.
• Apply B-roll and overlays to strengthen storytelling.
• Maintain organised Premiere Pro project structure.
• Incorporate feedback and follow the established workflow.
• Deliver edits within agreed timelines.
