Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company in Oman seeks a regulatory litigation analyst to support judicial matters related to regulatory issues and to act as a key contact for litigation before courts, committees, and government authorities.

You will assist in preparing regulatory claims and coordinate with internal/external teams to follow up on final judgments, ensuring STC's rights are protected across regions. A law-related degree is required, with 0–2 years’ experience in litigation or telecom law preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in law or business administration required.
• Prior experience in litigation management in a large organization preferred.
• Law firm experience with telecom regulatory cases preferred.

• Assist in judicial support related to regulatory matters, acting as a key contact for regulatory litigation issues.

• Support the selection of outside counsel when needed to ensure cost-effective litigation solutions.
• Study regulatory lawsuits to provide recommendations and solutions safeguarding STC's rights.

The analyst will act as a key point of contact for judicial support related to regulatory issues, assist in litigation processes, and ensure that the company adheres to regulatory measures to protect its rights. The role will be performed in accordance with STC's business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

• Support the company's representation in regulatory cases raised in favor of or against STC before judicial bodies, committees, and governmental authorities.
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory claims and lawsuits from or against the company in different regions, ensuring accurate representation.
• Provide input during discussions with key stakeholders regarding litigation perspectives on strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal or external departments to follow up on the execution of final judgments issued in regulatory lawsuits.
• Assist in developing procedures for managing judiciary interactions from a regulatory perspective, ensuring proper internal processes are in place within STC.
• Support the selection of outside counsel when needed, ensuring cost-effective solutions for the litigation process.
• Study and evaluate regulatory lawsuits to be filed in favor of or against the company, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions.
• Ensure that necessary regulatory measures are implemented to safeguard STC's rights in all legal matters.
