Job description

Our Client is a 5* very high end International Chain Boutique Resort with 50+ Villas and several F&B outlets in Oman.

This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Rooms.

Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile
  1. Experience in high end 5-star luxury resorts
  2. Luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
  3. Remote location experience
  4. Experience in similar role
  5. Mentally & physically fit, active, fun & outgoing personality
  6. Excellent skills in handling complaints
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Friendly with a positive attitude, enthusiastic
  9. Ability to deal with difficult situations
  10. Highly developed organizational and time management skills
  11. Demonstrated leadership ability and problem solver
  12. Smart and well groomed appearance
