The Quality Coordinator supports the implementation of quality assurance procedures to meet brand standards, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on supporting property-level quality initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement efforts under the guidance of senior management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
· Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in guest services, front office, housekeeping, or a similar hotel operations function.
· Fresh graduates with relevant internships or training experience may also be considered.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Quality Assurance Support
· Assist in conducting routine audits and checklists to ensure compliance with quality and brand standards.
· Support the Quality Manager in collecting and reviewing data on guest feedback and operational performance.
· Participate in team meetings to identify service issues and improvement areas.
Guest Satisfaction & Feedback
· Monitor guest satisfaction indicators and highlight recurring complaints or service issues.
· Follow up on guest feedback with relevant departments to ensure corrective action is taken.
· Help ensure quality-related documentation is properly recorded and stored.
Team Support
· Coordinate with various departments to implement quality initiatives.
· Assist in training new staff on standard operating procedures when requested.
· Maintain updated knowledge of brand quality expectations and service guidelines.
