Job Description

  • Lead QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) operations across multiple business units, including Motor Rewinding, Engine Workshop, Rental, Field Services, and Power & Energy divisions.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001, IECEx 60079-19, and ISO 31000.
  • Coordinate and manage internal audits, external third-party surveillance audits, and ensure timely and effective closure of non-conformances.
  • Conduct QHSE training programs for the workforce and facilitate incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
  • Implement and oversee behavioral safety initiatives to foster a proactive safety culture.
  • Provide strategic QHSE support in the preparation of tender documents and client submissions for key clients including PDO, OXY, and Bechtel.
  • Chair cross-functional HSE review meetings to enhance accountability and continuous improvement across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, ISO Lead Auditor (9001/14001/45001), or equivalent are preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in QHSE roles, preferably within engineering services, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining integrated management systems and driving safety culture across diverse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
