QA/QC Inspector / Blasting and painting Supervisor

• Lead and supervise blasting and painting crews to ensure efficient operations.
  Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
  Foster a team-oriented environment and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  
• Safety and Compliance:Enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
  Conduct regular safety training sessions and audits to mitigate risks.
  Investigate any safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
  
• Quality Assurance:Ensure that all blasting and painting work is performed to meet industry standards and project specifications.
  Conduct inspections of work completed and perform quality control checks on surface preparation and coating applications.
  
• Equipment Management:Oversee the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of blasting and painting equipment.
  Ensure all equipment is compliant with safety regulations and operational standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years experience in Oil and gas industry

BGAS - 2/ NACE 2 certification.
