The Project

As part of its 2040 strategy to promote cultural and artistic innovations, a state-of-the-art centre for arts and culture is being built. The centre will include facilities such as F&B outlets, cinema, and art clubs, all under one roof.

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking senior commercial manager to join our established and growing team in Oman.

The project manager procurement will be responsible for leading projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements, guiding and coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and KPIs, providing day-to-day management and leadership of the project and team. They will deliver internal fee expectations, implement risk mitigation, and manage change effectively.

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience working in the UAE is essential for client approval.
  • Proven project management experience, managing small to medium projects.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and planning skills.
  • Developing budget oversight expertise.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration and project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or equivalent.
  • Experience in construction delivery phases.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional experience.
  • Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card or equivalent.
