Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Regional LSS Projects function, delivering best-in-class solutions and achieving target gross margins across KSA, TICA, and SSA. You will report to the Projects Program director and matrix-report to the regional Service business director.

You will drive productivity, manage project managers regionally, and ensure resource, material, and risk controls are aligned with the business plan and customer expectations.

• Thorough knowledge of handling LSS Projects field operations and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional LSS projects from opportunity stage to development stage and deliver successfully to customers.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope with zero or positive deviation.
• Manage team of Project Managers in the region to deliver business commitments.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.
• Own regional project financial performance and monitor monthly estimates vs actuals.
• Drive productivity improvements in project delivery and control costs to stay competitive.
• Oversee Remote Migration Services and utilization of regional resources.
• Participate in estimate reviews and SIOP forecasting to align backlog with factory planning.

We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join our team!
The purpose of this position is to lead the Regional LSS Projects function to deliver best in class solutions to meet customer expectations and within estimated financial performance. Lead the skills development, information sharing and project management discipline necessary to the deliver Projects in a timely manner at planned gross margins or higher in the region. This role will be responsible for delivering LSS Projects in the region and will report direct to the Projects Program director and matrix report to regional Service business director.

• Overall responsibility for managing Projects at regional level(KSA, TICA & SSA) from opportunity stage to development stage and delivering the project successfully to customer.
• Ensures on time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviation.
• Manage team of Project Managers in the region to deliver business commitment aligned with AOP plan.
• Maintains customer's satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolves customer issues.
• Ownership for Projects financial performance at the regional level. Monitors financial performance monthly and reviews estimates versus actuals across the regional project deck to continuously improve Projects operational metrics.
• Effectively leads the implementation of productivity enhancing process changes related to project delivery.
• Responsible for driving costs down to be competitive in the marketplace.
• Controls cost and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods and standard processes.
• Drive Remote Migration Services in Region for all Migration projects.
• Enhance utilization of GMSC for all Migration projects in the region
• Ensures the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levels. Ensures projects are resourced properly.
• Participate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being quoted to ensure labor estimates are correct and that the work is achievable from a technical perspective. Ensure that subcontracts, where applicable, are complete and documented.
• Participate in material SIOP call with factory planners to provide forecast for Backlog and Front log project order demand to factory.
• Manage the performance management process, conducting performance appraisals, and providing coaching, training, career planning, development, salary administration and reward and recognition for LSS project managers in region.

• Thorough knowledge of handling LSS Projects field operations and financial processes
