The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Education or PGCE, at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience, and be proficient in utilizing technology to support the Cambridge curriculum. Experience teaching EAL learners is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Primary Generalist will deliver high‑quality, differentiated lessons that meet Cambridge learning objectives across both Lower and Upper Primary age groups, support students through the Cambridge Primary Framework, maintain an organized and disciplined classroom environment, and use formative and summative assessment data to track student progress.

Essential Criteria

• Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or PGCE with a Primary Generalist focus.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience within the primary age range.
• Cambridge Core Mastery: Strong instructional skills in the Cambridge Primary core subjects: English, Mathematics, and Science.
• Pedagogical Flexibility: Ability to deliver high‑quality, differentiated lessons that meet Cambridge learning objectives for various age groups.
• Classroom Management: Proven ability to maintain an organized, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.
