Job summary

Damas Jewellery is recruiting for a Customer Sales Consultant in Oman to join its luxury retail team. You will provide outstanding service, build client relationships, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and product knowledge.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends. A graduate or high school diploma is accepted, with competitive salary plus commission and opportunities for

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery and customer service needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess needs to invite them to counters.
• Provide product and price information; close sales.
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist in stock-taking.
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with workshop when needed.
