Job summary

Mace is leading the delivery of a state-of-the-art port facility project in Oman, coordinating marine, landside logistics and utilities. The role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams, driving site execution and ensuring alignment with contractual and technical standards.

We seek an experienced leader with 20+ years in civil/port projects, including 10+ years in port and marine design. Strong stakeholder engagement and proven project delivery are essential for success in this complex

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in civil/port projects.
• 10+ years in port and marine design.
• Proven leadership on at least two large-scale port projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC team and act as primary client interface.
• Provide strategic oversight across port, marine and mine delivery.
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination and site execution.
• Review and approve key deliverables and ensure programme alignment.
• Oversee critical procurement activities and interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical and delivery standards.
• Lead executive reporting and client governance forums.
• Contribute to net zero carbon transition and manage emissions reductions.
