Linde plc seeks an experienced plant operator in Oman to operate ASU/HYCO/CO2 and ammonia plants, supporting preventive and predictive maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a related process plant operations.
• Technical degree is required.
• English language is required.
• Key skills include production planning, maintenance basics, and machinery operation, safety with gases, process handling, basic software tools, and technical know-how.

Responsibilities

• Operates ASU / HYCO / CO2 plants and supports maintenance activities.
• Operates, supervises and maintains ASU / HYCO / CO2 and Ammonia plants following local instructions and SHEQ policy.
• Registers plant field parameters and analyzes them.
• Complies with site regulations and processes.
• Detects disturbances and reacts according to operation instructions.
• Supervises or executes truck loading as needed.
• Identifies opportunities for plant improvement.

What you will enjoy doing

• Operates ASU / HYCO/ CO2 plants and support maintenance activities (Preventive, Corrective and Predictive), following technical orientation, production planning and safety procedures and practices, preparing basic reports on these matters
• Operate, supervise and maintain ASU / HYCO/ CO2 andAmmonia plantstaking into account local operating instructions and Linde SHEQ policy
• Register plant field parameters on a regular basis and analyse it
• Comply with site and processes regulations
• Detect production and process disturbances and react according to operation instructions
• Supervise or execute truck loading activities where and when required
• Detect and inform opportunities to plant improvement
