Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmacy Practice or Pharmacy Administration earned in residence.
• Master in Pharmacy; higher research degree preferred.
• English language proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Record of high-quality peer-reviewed publications.
• Proven administrative involvement and service contributions.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience after doctoral degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and administration of Pharmacy Practice/Pharmacy Administration courses in PG programs.
• Prepare syllabi, assessments and course materials for assigned courses.
• Engage in research activities for personal and professional growth.
• Serve as academic advisor to students assigned by HoD/ADAA.
• Participate in college/department committees and external groups when required.
• Assist in teaching courses supervised by other faculty when needed.
• Supervise and train support staff in the department.
• Oversee graduation research projects.
• Proctor examinations and ensure assessment integrity.
• Attend scientific meetings and events organized by the college, national and international bodies.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by HoD/ADAA or Dean.
