Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques for pastries.
• Creative flair for developing new dessert ideas.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Diploma or degree in culinary arts preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of desserts, pastries, and breads according to recipes and menu requirements


• Ensure all products are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner


• Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen at all times


• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in proper techniques and recipes
