Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Prior tutoring experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you will be tutoring in
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Must be able to work in Salalah without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students' learning needs and areas for improvement
• Develop personalised lesson plans based on each student's learning style
• Provide one‑on‑one or group tutoring sessions in various subjects (e.g. mathematics, science, English)
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress
• Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to ensure consistency in teaching methods
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
