English Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Salalah. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

• Develop individualized lesson plans based on the specific needs and goals of each student
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Provide engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching techniques and materials
• Encourage students to actively participate in class and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
• Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and any areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and materials in order to continuously improve your own skills as a tutor

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Previous experience as an English tutor or teacher is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create effective lesson plans and track student progress
• Flexible schedule with availability for evening or weekend sessions if needed

Salary

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location

This position is based in Salalah, Oman.

Preference

This position is open to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport.
