Job summary

SkyPoint is seeking a compassionate caregiver in Muscat, Oman to assist an elderly person with daily tasks. This part-time position offers a salary of 1800 USD and requires no English language skills.

Training will be provided, making it suitable for freshers and those seeking entry into caregiving. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and monitoring health.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Oman.
• Compassionate towards the needs of elderly individuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-English speaking individuals.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Physically able to assist with daily tasks such as lifting or walking.
• No previous experience necessary but willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with managing medication schedule.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Accompany the elderly person on walks or other activities as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in the health or behavior of the individual.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the elderly person.
