Flyper in Khasab, Oman is seeking a Part-Time Baker Assistant to join our bakery team. This role supports the head baker with daily tasks, learning on the job, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes provided by the head baker
• Help with shaping dough, cutting cookies, and decorating cakes
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations
