Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team in Oman. This role focuses on expanding our customer base and increasing sales through direct engagement with traditional trade outlets such as small retailers, grocery stores, and general trading shops. The candidate must be willing to travel regularly, including to interior cities across Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential clients in the traditional trade market, including interior cities and remote areas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell our range of plastic household and outdoor products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities, providing regular feedback.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any client queries or issues.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Plan sales trips and manage travel schedules efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in FMCG or plastic goods.
  • Strong understanding of the traditional trade market in Oman, including interior cities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Oman, including rural and remote areas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals.
  • Valid Omani driving license.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred; English is an advantage.
