Job summary

General Engineering Services (GENSERV) in Salalah is seeking a dynamic Outdoor Parts Sales Executive to grow our spare parts and aftermarket business. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of outdoor spare parts sales experience, with a background in heavy or construction equipment, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outdoor spare parts sales experience.
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, lubricants, batteries, generators, or industrial parts is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly and promote company parts and aftermarket products.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate business from existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to secure orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Collect market intelligence and report customer feedback.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Parts Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for spare parts and aftermarket products.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driving license
