Job description

1. Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including bone fractures, joint disorders, arthritis, and sports injuries.

2. Perform advanced orthopedic surgical procedures, with a mandatory focus on ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) and PCL (Posterior Cruciate Ligament) reconstructions. 3. Evaluate and interpret diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans to develop accurate and effective treatment plans.

4. Manage pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring safe recovery and rehabilitation for all surgical patients.

5. Collaborate with physical therapists and rehabilitation teams to implement and monitor customized recovery plans.

6. Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, surgical procedures, risks, outcomes, and preventive care strategies.

7. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with clinical and legal standards.

8. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, clinical meetings, and quality assurance programs.

9. Emergency trauma care management, including orthopedic evaluation and surgical intervention as required.

10. Stay current with advancements in orthopedic practices, minimally invasive techniques, and sports medicine procedures. 11. Must have hands-on experience with ACL and PCL surgeries – this is a non-negotiable requirement.

12. Completion of Dataflow verification and OMSB exam (Oman Medical Specialty Board) with a valid result is mandatory for consideration
