Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in optics and a valid state license. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in an optical retail setting or ophthalmic lab.
• Strong understanding of optical physics, frame anatomy, and lens materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye and vision exams.
• Prescribe corrective lenses to patients.
• Diagnose and treat common vision problems and eye diseases.
• Advise patients on proper eye care and lens options.
• Conduct rigorous inspections of finished eyewear.
• Maintain accurate records of patient eyewear specifications.
