Burj Line Builders is seeking a seasoned operations manager with 10+ years in operations leadership, preferably in landscaping, facilities management, community management or public realm. You will oversee large teams, supervisors, subcontractors and client KPIs to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Location: Muscat. The role requires strong stakeholder management, manpower planning, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management.
• Experience in landscaping, FM, community management or public realm.
• Experience managing large teams, supervisors, subcontractors, clients, KPIs, manpower and service delivery.
