Job summary

G-NIUS | Powered by Goodman Masson in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Marketing Specialist to build and execute the marketing function from the ground up. You will manage digital presence, content creation, and promotional materials while coordinating events and collaborating with business units.

The role requires 2–4 years in marketing or related fields, strong writing and presentation skills, website management expertise, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing, digital marketing, communications, or brand management experience.
• Experience in an international or corporate business environment is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in managing websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing activity schedules, budgets, and campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and regularly update the Company’s website and prepare content for the website, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
• Develop corporate profiles, marketing presentations, promotional materials, and customer communications.
• Ensure consistent application of the Company’s brand identity across all channels.
• Coordinate the Company’s participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and corporate events.
• Support the organisation of customer meetings, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare corporate announcements, press materials, and proposals for potential customers and business partners.
• Track marketing campaigns, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, analyse results against KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain an organised library of approved marketing assets, logos, templates, and promotional materials.
• Liaise with internal departments, designers, agencies, printers, and external suppliers.
