The System Engineering organisation is part of the post-sales International Markets organisation within Motorola Solutions. This team is responsible for designing and guiding the technical implementation of government and commercial communications system solutions, leveraging new technologies and approaches sourced from both inside and outside of Motorola Solutions. Typical systems and products include Communications Control Centres, Wireless Data and Voice Systems, Signalling and Remote Control Systems, Broadband Wireless Systems, and Public Safety Applications.
The Engineering Lead together with peers in Europe, Asia and the MEA will guide and develop a team of highly specialized engineers in the delivery of communications solutions and services to Motorola’s clients across the international region. The Engineering Lead addresses Customer, Business and People matters managing the balance between the three through sound judgement and supervision.
