Job summary

National Oilwell Varco seeks a in-country liaison for Tuboscope to coordinate projects, ensure quality compliance, and manage inventory and revenue reporting. You will interface with customers/JVs, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

The role requires field experience in oil & gas, OCTG inspection credentials, and the ability to travel as needed for Oman operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience.
• Oil & gas company exposure with drilling rigs/hoist ops and QA/QC.
• OCTG inspector Level-1, PDO HSE & Driving License; good English.
• Experience with wells, completions, and industrial plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tuboscope's primary representative in-country for Tuboscope products and coordinate with customers/JV.
• Receive, acknowledge, monitor purchase orders; align production plans and delivery schedules.
• Submit invoices; support payment follow-up; lead quarterly performance reviews with JV.
• Perform QA/QC inspections, manage MOC, QAR/CAR, and maintain QMS documentation.
• Support procurement, supplier evaluations, and risk management; assist with SOX audits.
