Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment seeks a QC/QA Engineer to develop, implement and manage quality management systems for nacelle production, ensuring all processes meet internal standards and client specifications. The role leads the quality department, supervising inspectors and engineers, driving improvements and coordinating audits.

Key tasks include establishing inspection procedures, certifying product compliance, and mentoring production teams on QC/QA standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, process, industrial or quality engineering.
• 5+ years in quality control/assurance, production foreman and quality inspector.
• Certification in quality management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QMS procedures for nacelle per ISO standards.
• Lead and supervise QC/QA team in nacelle production.
• Establish inspection procedures for incoming materials and assemblies.
• Coordinate supplier QC/QA and NCR management.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training on QC/QA procedures.
