Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in music education, familiar with the Cambridge International Curriculum and IGCSE/A level specifications.
• Experience leading a music department in an all-through school.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and improvement of the music curriculum across all year groups, aligned with Cambridge International Curriculum.
• Deliver high-quality music lessons for diverse student backgrounds and abilities.
• Foster high expectations, creativity, and enjoyment in music learning.
• Support and develop music teaching staff through professional development.
• Coordinate and promote musical ensembles, concerts, and extracurricular activities.
