Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create compelling displays that elevate the shopping experience across multiple stores in Oman. You will ensure brand aesthetics, develop floor plans, and maximize visual impact while aligning with commercial goals.

The role requires coordinating with the VM Manager and sales teams, rotating displays seasonally, and sourcing display materials within budget. Experience in planograms and store aesthetics is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a retail environment with a strong emphasis on visual merchandising.
• Solid background in store operations and understanding of customer behavior.
• Experience independently designing and setting up displays, executing planograms and maintaining store aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing displays and arrangements to showcase merchandise.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact across stores.
• Coordinate displays with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish displays to stay attractive.
• Rotate window and in-store displays for seasons, promotions, or new arrivals.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and execution.
